Children’s Birthday Parties at PCC
We would love to host a birthday party for your child at the Plains Conservation Center (PCC). Our parties are $140 for up to 12 children, plus $12 per additional child.
We offer two party packages:
- Prairie Safari Party: Includes a safari wagon ride onto the prairie to explore the plants and animals that live at the Plains Conservation Center, scavenger hunts, animal themed crafts and everyone gets to plant flower seeds in a rice pot to take home with them. For older children we can substitute the craft for a seed and flower dissection.
- Homestead Village Party: Includes a wagon ride to the homestead village, visit and feeding with the farm animals (June – September), optional 1800s costumes for everyone to wear, old-fashioned games and everyone gets to plant flower seeds in a rice pot to take home with them.
Both parties include one hour of guided programming and up to two hours of free time at the picnic tables for cake, presents, etc.
We do not provide any food, silverware or decorations for your party but are happy to help you set up before and clean up after the party.
Ready to book your child’s birthday party? Please submit a birthday party request form. Request form needs to be submitted a minimum of three weeks before the desired date of the party.
