FAQ

What changes should I expect with this new system?

Your membership card will now be shared with you by email and can be saved to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

The Denver Botanic Gardens Mobile App has been discontinued.

How do I access my new digital membership card and online account?

You can access your new online membership card and online account here.

Step 1: Enter the primary email address and your new card will be sent straight to your inbox.

Step 2: Once you receive your digital membership card by email, in Membership Information, there is a bold link asking you to, “…create a password for your account here.” Select this link to be directed to the new Member Login webpage.

Step 3: Select “Forgot your password?”. You’ll receive an email to create your new password.

Helpful tip: Use a password you can share with your secondary member, if applicable. The secondary must use the primary login to access membership benefits.

Step 4: Visit our ticketing page anytime and select Member Login. Log in using your email address and your new password. Once logged in, you can book free general admission, discounted special event tickets, renew your membership and much more.

I’m not a member. How do I buy tickets?

Member FAQ

How do I join auto renew?

To join auto renew while renewing online, select “Yes, renew annually” during checkout.

If your membership expires in more than six months, call the Resource Center at 720-865-3500 to enroll.

How does auto renew work? Do I get a discount?

Yes! Members enrolled in auto renew will get a discount on future renewals. However, the discount does not apply to the current purchase.

You’ll receive a reminder email 20 days before your expiration date, and your payment will be charged one week before your expiration date. If your payment fails, we’ll notify you via email.

Your credit card information is securely stored in Stripe in compliance with PCI standards. Cancel or update your card at any time by calling the Resource Center at 720-865-3500, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

To cancel online, log in to your membership account, open Membership Details, then select “Cancel Auto Renew.”

How do I claim my one-time-use guest passes?

Guest passes are digital and can be redeemed while booking your member tickets online, by phone or in person.

When you purchase a membership, you’ll receive a code in your confirmation email, which can be shared with friends or family. To redeem, add the non-member general admission tickets that you’d like to use. Then enter the code in the “Discount” field at checkout, or a representative can apply it when booking by phone or in person.

Passes are specific to York Street or Chatfield Farms and cannot be transferred. Guest passes apply to general admission only.

How do I access member priced tickets?

Log in to your Member Account before checking out. Be sure to use the primary member’s email address to receive discounts on events, free general admission tickets and more.

Why isn’t my membership showing when I log in?

Please make sure you are using the email address associated with your primary member’s account.

For further troubleshooting, contact the Resource Center at info@botanicgardens.org, or call 720-865-3500, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

How do I know if I’m the primary or secondary member? What’s the difference?

If you receive membership renewal emails or if your name appears first on the digital membership card, you’re the primary member! If you’re still unsure, email info@botanicgardens.org — we’re happy to help.

Primary and secondary memberships all receive the same benefits. The primary’s email is the one used to log into our ticketing catalog to book tickets or renew your membership. The secondary must use the primary’s email and password to log in.

How do I upgrade my membership?

If you’re up for renewal, select the higher level of membership you wish to join, and your new membership level will begin immediately. If you’re in the first six months of your term and would like to pay the difference, call the Resource Center at 720-865-3500.
