New Ticketing Platform

Denver Botanic Gardens’ ticketing system will be offline the evening of March 16 and offline on March 17-18 as we transition to a new ticketing platform. 

What does this mean?

• No tickets (admission, class, event, etc.) will be available for purchase during this time.
• Given the inability to purchase/reserve daily admission tickets, admission to the Gardens on these days will be free and will NOT require advanced reservations.
• The Mobile App will be discontinued.
• Some links on this website may be temporarily inactive/broken.
• You will be notified with next steps on setting up a new account to make purchases on the new system once it is up and running.
