Chatfield Farms Rental Sites
Rentals available 7 a.m. – midnight year-round (unless noted otherwise). Minimum 5 hour rental on all sites except Green Farm Barn, Deer Creek Stables and Deer Creek Schoolhouse on Saturdays. Fee includes free parking for your guests, privacy for your event for the scheduled amount of time and an on-site facility coordinator.

Green Farm Barn
Built in 1918 and part of the Green family working farm, the red barn was renovated for private events in 2006. To the east of the barn is the iconic silo surrounded by the Native Garden. The large lawn outside the barn creates an ideal setting for outdoor seating/tenting and lawn games.
Deer Creek Schoolhouse
Built in 1874 and moved to its current location in the 1990s, this one room schoolhouse sits next to the Prairie Garden. A fire pit is located outside the building.
Deer Creek Stables
Open-sided stable with retractable walls on the long sides and rustic chandeliers. Guests enter through the Prairie Garden, and sliding barn doors open up to the amphitheater.
Lavender Garden Pergola
Enjoy a cocktail hour or tea party amongst the lavender for your social group or enjoy an intimate ceremony next to our rock garden labyrinth.
Open Air Chapel
Incredible outdoor site with Deer Creek Canyon as the backdrop. The grassy area has a wooden gazebo and is surrounded by a flower garden and natural grasses.
Polly Steele Center
Built before 1900, this is the original farm house for the Green Farm. Commonly used as a bridal suite but can also host small weddings and corporate meetings.
Prairie Garden Terrace
1,600 square foot hardwood terrace with nearby cottonwood trees laced with thousands of twinkle lights. Includes use of the Deer Creek Schoolhouse.
Yurt
This beautiful, secluded space is perfect for company wellness retreats, private yoga rentals, and small meetings. It also serves as a wedding suite add-on for our wedding packages.
