Working with Light and the Environment - Photo Workshop

Knowing how to work with light and your environment is an important part of photography. In this course, we look at ways to use available light, both indoors and outdoors, to improve your images. We also examine the role that backgrounds play in images and learn how to choose backgrounds that enhance images instead of detracting from them.

Special instructions: Students should bring a camera of their choice to get the most out of this class.

Instructor: John Bosley

John Bosley is a wedding and portrait photographer in Denver, CO. Although he started his career with a focus on portraits, wedding photography quickly became a passion. With 12 years of wedding experience, he has photographed hundreds of weddings in a variety of locations across much of North America. John also believes that a solid understanding of post-processing techniques is essential to creating high-quality images.
