Photography Zen Part 2: Continuing the Exploration of Contemplative Photography

Join us for the second part of our Photography Zen series where we will continue our exploration of the symbiotic relationship between mindfulness and the art of photography. By intertwining the practice of mindfulness with reflective journaling and contemplative photography, participants will be encouraged to cultivate a deeper understanding of their personal artistic vision and the emotional narratives that underpin their photography. Please bring a journal or notebook to class to use for reflection.

Special instructions: This class is open to all levels of experience. Since this is a hands-on class, you will need a camera - whether it's a DSLR, point and shoot, or smartphone, and have working knowledge of it.
