Welcome to the Kitchen: A Seasonal Cooking Series

Regardless of your skill level, we want to welcome you into the kitchen. Whether you are looking for new ideas, or intimidated by the spice cabinet, each month this series offers an invitation to try something new. So please come join Julie Smith, for a menu focused on farmhouse fare; farm to table everyday foods that are relatively healthy, easy to cook on a weeknight, but enough to also impress at a Sunday family dinner or holiday feast. Get into the spirit with this traditional Irish feast - sausage, potatoes and sweet bread, what could be better!

Weekend Breakfast - Veggie and greens frittata with potato crust and fresh biscuits with homemade butter*

Get some inspiration to change up your weekend breakfast menu, or maybe some inspiration to start making a weekend breakfast!

Seasonal Dessert - Seasonal fruit galette

Make your own rustic pie with a scratch made pie crust and seasonal fruits. Fruit selection will vary.
