Logistics  

• Unless otherwise specified, tour experiences last approximately one hour.  
• Your tour may be outdoors, indoors or a combination of both depending on the nature of the tour and weather conditions.  
• We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and shoes and highly recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses and a water bottle.  
• Be prepared to walk and stand during the tour. If you require accommodation due to mobility limitations or other special needs, please contact us prior to the tour by phone or email.  

Check-In

When you arrive at Chatfield Farms (8500 W Deer Creek Canyon Road, Littleton, CO 80128), please check-in at the Robert and Judi Newman Welcome Center. 

Late Arrival  

If you are running late for a scheduled tour, contact the Resource Center by calling 720-865-3500. Late arrivals are non-refundable.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Please review our cancellation policy. Cancellations more than one week prior to a class are subject to a 15 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than one week's notice are non-refundable.

EDUCATION AND PROGRAMS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

To modify an existing private or public tour reservation, contact the Resource Center at 720-865-3500 or email info@botanicgardens.org at least one week prior to the tour date.

Waiver/Release  

Denver Botanic Gardens is not responsible for any injury or accident that may occur during participation in any registered tour program. By registering for and attending this tour program, full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during my participation in this program or while on the premises of this program is assumed. Denver Botanic Gardens is releases and held harmless by registering. Denver Botanic Gardens, employees and any affiliated individuals (“releasees”) associated with the program are released from any loss, liability or claims that may arise during participation, including personal injury or damage suffered by me or others, whether caused by falls, contact with participants, the use of tools or materials, conditions of the facility, negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
