Abstracting the Japanese Garden in Acrylic

Explore the serene Japanese Garden and learn to break apart the complexity of this lush environment using simple shapes and forms. Start with guided sketching and painting outside, then head into the classroom to further develop your painting using layers of acrylic paint. Leave with a finished abstracted painting inspired by the Gardens.
