Garden of Sound: An Evening with Nathan Hall

As part of Night at the Museum, composer Nathan Hall's performance lecture explores the behind-the-scenes world of sound at the Gardens. Experience "Garden of Sound" recorded at Denver Botanic Gardens and learn more about the inspirations and techniques behind the creation through Hall's wit and dialogue.

Nathan Hall is a Denver-based composer and artist who uses music and sound as tools to explore a variety of fields including science, nature, fine arts, history and sexuality. Previous works include traditional classical pieces for chamber ensembles, experimental electronic pieces, sound sculptures and multimedia projects. Nathan Hall is a former Fulbright Fellow to Iceland, a McKnight Visiting Composer, and he holds a Doctorate in Musical Arts (D.M.A.) from University of Colorado, Boulder. He teaches music composition at the University of Denver.
