"Halva" is derived from the Arabic word "halva" meaning "sweet." There are many varieties of halva from different regions and each one is delicious and unique with its own culinary artistry. Learn the recipes as you enjoy carrot halva and rose cardamom halva. Gluten free options are available for all participants.
