Vinyasa flow is a yoga practice that weaves postures with breath to create a moving meditation. Practitioners can expect an all-skill-levels class that offers modifications as well as variations to suit all attendees. This class promotes focus in the mind and awareness in the body to rejuvenate your entire being. The practice invites a variety of postures and modalities to include endurance and flexibility, as well as balance in body, breath and mind.

Rya Merschat (E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP) is an experienced registered yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance continuing education provider. She has been teaching and practicing in Denver since 1994. Rya teaches an alignment-based, nurturing and mindful practice that pulls from her background as a professional dancer.
