A Singing Bowl Workshop for Self-Care and Wellness

Singing bowls bring harmony and balance to life, and make meditation easy, fast and fun! Sound energy practitioner Ann Martin teaches modern ways to clear the mind and relax the body using singing bowls. In these hands-on classes, experiment with many types of bowls and experience ways to use them for self-care and helping others. Ann teaches modern, practical techniques for using singing bowls in therapeutic ways to soothe the body, calm the mind, heal the psyche and awaken the spirit.

Note: These classes are for adults. No prior experience is necessary. Singing bowls are provided for use during class only, and a workbook is offered to take home.

 

January - Sound Self-Care

Learn ways to use a Himalayan singing bowl to help with pain relief, better sleep, stress reduction and much more. Explore how to create your own sacred sounds and how "toning" can be a wellness tool that can be used anywhere and anytime. No yoga mat needed.

February - Singing Bowl Buffet!

Choose from a full "buffet" of metal bowls and learn to play them like a pro. Take home skills and techniques that can be used with kids, animals, family and others. Bring a yoga mat for comfort on the floor.

March - Better Living with a Bowl

Experiment with playing many types of bowls and experience different ways to use them to improve your life: sleep better, improve focus, stop pain, amplify creativity, mellow out, tune-in to intuition, crush negativity, unleash confidence, be your best self. Bring a yoga mat for comfort on the floor.

April - Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls for Beginners

Experience the beauty and magic of the exotic quartz crystal singing bowls. Learn to play and use these instruments several different ways. Class includes a unique "crystal chakra clearing" exercise for a truly transformative experience! Bring a yoga mat and pillow for comfort reclining on the floor.

May - Making Meditation FUN

Learn 24 modern ways to clear the mind and relax the body using Himalayan singing bowls. Play many types of bowls and experience ways to use them for meditation activities. No yoga mat needed.
