Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga at the Gardens
Looking for an amazing place to practice yoga? No studio can match the experience of practicing in nature, surrounded by the stunning landscapes at Denver Botanic Gardens.
Vinyasa yoga weaves flowing movement with challenging postures and cultivates a sense of peace and calm by the end of each class. Practicing vinyasa yoga on a daily basis can improve posture, flexibility and endurance. Beyond the physical benefits, yoga helps to bring a sense of clarity to challenging situations in life, reminds us to stay present and focused in an ever-changing environment, and can help us find contentment in our surroundings.
The postures practiced in this all-levels class will promote alignment, flexibility, focus, endurance and help detoxify the body.
Skill level: All levels welcome
Special Instructions: Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any layers you might need to be comfortable during class. Advanced registration is required.
For the fall/winter months, the majority of these sessions take place in the Freyer - Newman Center Atrium. Any exceptions to this location will take place in Classroom 1 with smaller class sizes. Entry for both locations will be facilitated through external door in Classroom 1. Late May - September sessions will be held throughout the Gardens. Please reference your ticket for each location.
